Returns & Refunds Policy
At Love;Eventually, all products are custom printed on demand just for you. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a print error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the defect or damage
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items As all products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
- Items damaged through misuse or normal wear
Cancellations As all orders are sent immediately to production, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
